Both have extensive knowledge concerning tastes and make very specific recommendations concerning wines vaguely described by guests. Most of the waiters/waitresses are also knowledgeable of the wines they are serving and do this with grace and passion. I lived in Europe for 30 years and was pleasantly surprised to find this wonderful and romantic location in the US. and.. yes... the food is fantastic and complements the "moment" of wine enjoyment.
